Check in is 3pm   -        Check out is 10:30am. 

Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.  Minimum 2 night stay. Guest minimum age is 18.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

One night’s stay deposit is due at time of booking. Fully Refundable until 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Balance of payment due 14 days prior to arrival.  Non-refundable, but can be applied towards a future reservation within the subsequent 12 months.

Electronic money transfer is the preferred form of payment. Visa and MasterCard payments are also accepted.

Start your day with a delicious home cooked breakfast. Our menu features a variety of dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. 

BREAKFAST - 

- Coffee, a selection of teas and freshly baked muffins are available from 7:00am

-A full hot breakfast will be served in the dining room from 8:30am - 9:30am. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of your reservation to see if accommodation can be provided.

Guests have access to the main floor sitting room and dining room, with books and games available during your stay. There is a deck accessible from the side garden where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.   

Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and all public areas of the house. 

You get to enjoy a fully smoke/vape free property.

This 140+ year old home is not accessible for those with mobility restrictions. The guest suites are located on the upper level requiring guests to climb 15 steps.

We have a friendly Goldendoodle dog (Dobie) and a very mellow cat (Toto) in the house. They do not go into the guest rooms and, specifically, the cat does not get access to the upstairs where the bedrooms are located. 

If you're travelling with your dog, we can recommend an excellent dog boarding facility located nearby as we cannot accommodate pets.

There's plenty to see and do in the area surrounding our bed and breakfast. From hiking and biking, wine tasting to shopping and dining, we can help you plan your itinerary and are happy to provide recommendations.
